Empezamos semana.

Hoy vengo a hablaros de un libro.

Hace como dos años que compré mi primer libro japones.

Al principio con mucho miedo, porque no sabes que te vas a encontrar. 

Por eso, quería empezar una serie de post en los que enseñaros un poco como son los que yo tengo y orientar por si alguien mas se anima a pedirlos.

Today I come to talk about a book.

I bought my first Japanese book  two years ago.

At first I was worry, because it´s imposible know what are you going to receive.

So I wanted to start a posts and show you the books I have and to be a guide for anyone else who is thinking about to purchase japanese books.

La verdad es que los libros japoneses nunca decepcionan. Aunque no entiendas ni palabra de lo que hay escrito, la estética, las fotos, las ideas, hacen que te olvides de los textos.

Para esto de empezar a comprar, a mí me ayudó mucho una entrada que encontré en el blog de "chuculeta con raton" en la que hablaba de los sitios para comprarlos. En entradas posteriores va enseñando y opinando sobre los libros que ella tiene.

The truth is the Japanese books never disappoint. Although not understand a single word of what is written, aesthetics, photos, ideas, make you forget the texts.

In my first purchase, really helped me this post  in the blog "chuculeta con ratón" in which she writes about sites to buy these books. And the  newer entries where she shows and reviews the books she has.

El libro de hoy es uno de los primeros que compré.

El ISBN es ISBN978-4-391-62420-5 y lo pedí en pomadour24 una tienda de Etsy.

The book today is one of the first I bought.

The ISBN is ISBN978-4-391-62420-5 and I ordered it in pomadour24, an Etsy shop.

Es un libro super interesante, y con un montón de cosas y de patrones para hacer.

Casi todo son animales pequeñitos, marionetas de dedo y cosas así, pero hay una página con unas guirnaldas de las que cuelgan frutas, flores, juguetes,  increibles. 

It's a really interesting book, and there are a lot of things and patterns to make.

Almost all are tiny animals and finger puppets  but there is a page with a hanging garlands with fruits, flowers, toys, that is incredible.

Y las explicaciones y los patrones se entienden bastante bien aún sin ser capaces de leerlas. Y lo digo yo, que no tengo ni idea de patrones ni de costura.

And the explanations and patterns are understood quite well even without being able to read them. And this I say andI have no idea about sewing patterns.

De este libro nació Rayitas, un conejo que le hice a mi hijo Miguel (se llama Rayitas por la tela de las orejas). 

A Miguel le encantan los muñecos. Espero que no se le pase con la edad. Por ahora parece que no, tiene 6 años y hoy cuando me ha visto haciendo las fotos se ha sentado a mirar el libro y a elegir que muñecos tenia que ponerme a hacer rápidamente.

A ver si tengo tiempo y puedo hacer dos para el Calendario de Adviento de este año.

From this book was born "Rayitas", a rabbit that I made to my son, Miguel (called "Rayitas" because of the striped fabric of his ears).

Miguel likes the soft toys very much. I hope he  does not miss this with age. For now it seems that no, today he is 6 and while I was taking photos, he sat down to look the book and to choose which toys I have to make quickly.

Let's see if I have time and I can do two for the Advent Calendar.

De alfombras y fotos aereas...

Por fin es viernes.

Ha sido una semana un poco complicada de mucho trabajo, de cursos y de no parar.

Se que tengo esto un poco abandonado….

Lo siento.

Pero esta mañana, dando una vuelta por la web me he encontrado con una tienda online, que me ha encantado y que me apetece mucho enseñar.

Y me ha encantado por dos razones: porque me gustan mucho las alfombras, y porque me gustan muchísimo las fotos aereas.

Me encantaría tener una alfombra que fuera algo así como asomarse por la ventanilla del avión cuando no hay nubes, y puedes ver el suelo.

Es una idea buenísima. Yo siempre pensaba “mira, parece una alfombra” y ahora ellos lo han hecho, lo han convertido en alfombra.

Finally it's Friday.

I have been a very busy time with work, courses, and I couldn't  stop.

I know I have the blog a bit left ....

Sorry.

But this morning, going around the web I found an online shop, that I love and I'm excited to teach.

And I love it for two reasons: because I like the carpets, and because I like a lot the aerial photos.

I love to have a carpet that was something like look out the airplane window when there are no clouds, and you can see the fields.

It's a great idea. I always thought "look, It is like a carpet" and now they have made a carpet.

Y hablando de fotos aereas, tenía pendiente tambien escribir un post sobre Alex McLean, un piloto y fotógrafo, formado como arquitecto que sorprende por sus composiciones, por sus colores y por su particular forma de mirar desde arriba.

And talking about aerial photos, I was also wanted to write a post about Alex McLean, a pilot and photographer, trained as an architect with surprising compositions, colors and a particular way of looking from above.
